Senator Martin moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Com. Sub. for Senate Bill 558—A BILL to amend and reenact §17C-12-7 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; and to amend the code by adding two new sections, designated §17C-12-7b and §17C-12-7c, relating to school bus safety violations by vehicle operators; authorizing video content from school buses that capture a violation to be sent to law enforcement; creating an aggravated offense related to passing a stopped school bus; establishing criminal and administrative penalties; and requiring completion of a driver education safety course.
